In order to carve our message to the customers, we make an Empathy map. Later, we decide on the goal and message and contact influencers who will spread it. However there is a variety of influencers:

about Will Smith's Slap at the Oscars 2022
This Plan aims to restore Will Smith's reputation, which was damaged after he publicly slapped Chris Rock at the Oscars 2022. The Plan outlines SMART objectives, key activities, messages, interactions with all stakeholders, as well as real communication executions (e.g. podcast, press release), investment resources and evaluation phase.
