Human Resources Management (HRM)

In this class, I have been enlighted about the history of HRM, Organizational structure, Competence & Talent management, as well as Recruitment, Employer Branding, Selection, Performance Management as parts of the Staffing procedure. Other important topics were Leadership and Rewards in HRM.
To apply the theory, I have had 3 group projects: related to Employer Branding, Designing Employee Training, Benchmark Analysis(HR audit) and Advice based on it.

Global Trends in Internal Communication (IC)

While exploring what the global trends are currently in IC, I had to develop an Internal Communication Strategy- in the form of "White Paper", based on a suitable IC trend, for a specific company IC problem. I found out the problem "Lack of employee informal socialization" with "Gamification" as a global trend.
