
It's hard for a start-up to break through and reach its target group when other companies in the same field have already established a strong bond with the potential customer base, isn't it ?!
That is why, I and my 4 international teammates helped FITNEST EUROPE- a new brand in the ergonomic furniture field- to spread brand awareness among its target group via this advice report.
The report goes as follow:
starts with a thorough analysis of the company: its marketing perofrmance, communication problem and current target group.
goes on with a PESTLE Analysis of the market, Product-Compeitors Analysis, SWOT Analysis, detailed Target Group analysis and a Persona.
continues with a Place and Promotion Analysis of the FITNEST EUROPE and 2 of its biggest competitores.
ends with a Communication Advice, divided in 4 steps and including scheduled execution plan, KPI and Budget expectations.
